Refund policy
All sales are final. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery or purchase. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days at thurga6027@gmail.com with details and clear photos of the damaged item. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, in-person returns at our store are accepted at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Perishable goods (such as food or vegetables)
Opened or used items
Sale items
Gift cards
Personal care products
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
